Description
1-1/2 lbs. shrimp
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. white wine
zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. shallot minced
2 garlic cloves minced
3 Tbsp. parsley
pinch of red pepper
1/2 cup panko
2 Tbsp. EVOO
3/4 lb angel hair pasta
1. In large bowl combine shrimp, butter, wine,
lemon zest + juice, shallot, garlic, parsley
and red pepper.
2. Add shrimp to a large baking dish in a
single layer.
3. In a medium bowl combine panko, EVOO and a
speck of parsley. Sprinkle over shrimp.
4. Bake 15-20 min. at 425°. Serve over warm pasta.
