Description
2 cups lean hamburger
1 cup small bulgur
chopped onion
chopped parsley
chopped green pepper
salt
pepper
Mix together onion, parsley, green pepper, salt
and pepper. Add bulgur and mix.
Add meat. Mix and knead, adding water to keep
mixture moist. Shape into small meatballs.
Bring to a boil 1/2 cup water and 1 cup chicken
broth (optional: a touch of tomato sauce). Drop
in meatballs, which rise to top when done.
