Description
Salt and pepper scallops, sprinkle with flour.
2 Tbsp. butter in sauce pan.
Saute 2 min., turn, 2 min. more till browned
Sauce:
Add 2 Tbsp. more butter, shallots, garlic.
Mix together, saute with scallops.
Add 1/3 cup white wine. Mix together, serve.
