Description
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup buttermilk or evaporated milk
2-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups raw rhubarb
1/2 cup nuts
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix together brown sugar, egg, oil, milk and
vanilla. Add flour, salt and soda. Fold in
rhubarb. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350° for 60 min.
