Choreg
2 yeast cakes - dissolve in 1/2 cup warm water.
6 eggs slightly beaten - add 1 cup sugar.
Beat together in large bowl.
Melt 3 cubes butter or margarine.
Add 2 cups milk.
1 tsp. salt - add to first mixture.
Add enough flour to make soft dough, first 6 cups then 5 cups.
Put in 200° oven covered + turn off the heat. Be sure to place bowl on towel. Keep oven door closed.
Let rise 2 hrs. Shape into braids, etc. + brush top with egg. Let stand to rise again.
Bake in 375° oven 10-15 minutes.
