Description
2 (3oz.) beef Ramen noodle soup
2 (8 ½ ounce) slaw mix or 1 (16 oz.) pkg.
1 c. slivered almonds toasted
1 c. sunflower kernels
1 bunch chopped scallions
½ c. sugar
¾ c. canola oil
⅓ cup white vinegar
toast almonds 350° oven 5-10 min. Stir frequently.
Remove flavor packets.
Crush noodles & put in large bowl.
Top with slaw mix.
Sprinkle with nuts & onions.
In small bowl, whisk flavor packets, sugar, oil & vinegar.
Pour over slaw, do not toss.
Cover & chill 24hrs.
