Description
1 ¾ cups sifted flour
⅔ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ salt
2 eggs well beaten
¼ cup milk
¼ cup Wesson oil
1 cup mashed banana
½ cup chopped nuts
½ tsp vanilla
Sift dry ingredients together. Combine eggs, milk, Wesson, and bananas. Add to dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into 9x5x3 greased long pan. Bake 350°F for 1 hour or until done
