Rhubarb Pie (Miss Maddocks)

Description

1-1/2 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt

Pour hot water over cut up rhubarb.
Add other ingredients & bake at 420° for 20 minutes & 15 min at 350°.
