Red Lentil and Barley Soup
Description
1-1/2 cups Red lentils1/2 cup Pearl Barley
Cook together with 2 qts (8 cups) water about 1 hour or more. Add 2 cups chopped kale or spinach. Cook 1 medium chopped onion in 2 Tbsp. olive oil & 2 Tbsp. butter. Add to soup.
