LEMON SQUARES. Nathalie Dupree

2 1/2 c flour
1 c butter
1/2 c confect. sugar
Press in 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350°.

Mix in Bowl
1/2 c confect. sugar
4 eggs
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Peel of 1 lemon grated

Pour over baked crust & bake 20 - 25 min at 350°

Sprinkle with confect. sugar
