Description
1 1/2 lbs. lamb stew meat
1 large onion chopped
15oz. 1 small can tomatoes (crushed)
8 oz. 1 small can tomatoe sauce
3 lbs. string beans fresh (cut in 2 or 3 pcs.)
Salt & pepper - 3 tbls oil
2 tbls tomatoe paste & 1 small can chicken broth (15 oz)
Saute lamb & onions in oil. Add fresh string beans, tomatoes, sauce, salt, pepper & t. paste, 1 can broth, 2 cups water. Cook on top of stove for about 50 min or until beans are tender.
