1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1 small onion chopped
1 can whole corn
1 can creamed corn
mashed potatoes
salt & pepper
butter
Saute hamburg & onion together. Drain fat.
In a 9 x 13 Pyrex pan put hamburg in first.
Drain whole corn. Do not drain creamed corn. Add them next. Make enough mashed potatoes to cover the corn. Dab butter on top & bake in oven for 3/4 hour at 350°
