ORZO CHICKEN SOUP

1 lrg. can College Inn chicken broth
1/2 can water (large can)
3/4 cup orzo

Beat together in a small bowl
1 egg
2 tblsps lemon juice

Bring chick broth & water to a boil. Add orzo & cook till orzo is cooked. Let cool & then add lemon-egg mixture. Reheat. Add more lemon if desired.

Caution -> Overheating may make the the egg to cook
