KUFTA - MEATBALL SOUP
1 cup fresh parsley chopped
Mix
1 1/2 ground lamb
1 1/2 cups cracked wheat (fine)
Grate 1 medium onion (fresh)
Salt & Pepper
1 1/2 large can of chicken broth
1/2 large can of water
1 small can Hunt's tomatoe sauce
Mix above & make into small meatballs.
Bring chicken broth, water & sauce to a boil.
Then add meatballs. Cook on top of stove for about 40 min.
(Squeeze fresh lemon in soup if you want)
