Description
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 cups mashed banana
1 cup cooking oil
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
In a mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, salt & baking soda. Making a well in the center of dry ingredients. Combine eggs, bananas, oil, undrained pineapple & vanilla all at once to dry ingredients, stirring til well moistened. Pour batter into a greased & floured 10 inch fluted tube pan (bundt pan).
Bake at 350° over for 65 min. or until done. Cool in pan 15, Remove & cool on wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you want.
