Phylo Dough Cheese Boreg
Description
1 lb phylo dough2 to 2 1/2 sticks butter (clarified)
Meunster cheese (chunk)
Fresh chopped parsley
Beaten together
3 eggs
1 cup milk
Use cookie sheet
Brush phylo dough lightly with butter. (Use 1/2 of dough). Grate cheese & chopped parsley go in the middle. Brush remaining dough the same way. Place in refrig. & let cool. Take out & cut into squares.
Beat eggs with milk.
Pour egg mixture over cut squares.
Bake at 450° until it rises. Lower to 350° until done.
