LULE KEBAB FRUGAL GORMET
1 lb ground lamb
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp tomatoe paste
4 oz tomato sauce
1 tbsp - minced onions - (dry)
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parsley
4 tbsp water or evap. milk
1 tsp cummin
Salt & pepper
Mold into size of golf ball then roll into sausage size.
4" long 1/4" thick.
Bake 400° 20 minutes.
