Description
2 Tsp butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup milk
¾ cup nuts
1 cup raisins
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until thick and frothy. Add milk, stir well. Add nuts and raisins. Pour into 8-inch pie crust and bake at 400 degrees for ten minutes, and for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees, or until done (Test like for custard). Should be open faced pie.
