Violet Selnian’s Raw Apple Cake

Description

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup oil
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon soda
Dash nutmeg
1 cup chopped nuts
4 cups thinly sliced apples

Mix in order given. Beat until smooth and pour in oiled 13x9 oblong pan - 350- 30 to 35 degrees
