Description
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups sugar
1 (20oz) crushed pineapple (not drained)
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Pour batter into ungreased 9 x 13" pan , 350° for 35-45 min.
Frosting - 2 cups c. sugar
1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened
1 stick soft butter - 1 tsp vanilla - beat
