Frances Wine Cake - White Cake with Almond Filling
Description
1 pkg cake mix (yellow or white) ¾ cup sherry wine ¾ cup oil 4 eggs 1 teaspoon nutmeg ½ cup or more chopped nuts Vanilla 1 pk instant jello pudding any flavor
Mix all above ingredients at one time. Beat at medium speed 5 minutes. Oil and pour in loaf or angel food cake pan. Bake 350 degree 45 minutes.
