Description
Add green food coloring to green peppers or red coloring to red ones.
1 cup of green or red peppers (Grind)
1 ½ cup apple cider vinegar
6 ½ cups sugar
1 bottle of Certo
Add sugar and vinegar to peppers. Bring to a boil – Boil 2 minutes. Remove from fire. Add Certo and coloring. Let cool, stir several times - (oven?). Pour into jelly glasses, cover with wey – This recipe doubles well. Good with lamb or with wheat crackers and Philly Cream Cheese.
