Description
Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 small onion
grated 3 or 4 green onions
sliced or diced 2 or 3 garlic cloves
finely minced 1 bunch parsley
finely chopped
two tablespoons of oil to coat pan if baking, less if frying (which is the customary way of preparing).
Preparation:
Lightly whisk the eggs together with the flour in a medium bowl. Add the onions, garlic, and parsley and mix completely. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or when the top gets a little brown. Put in toothpick to test.
If frying, ladle mixture into a prepared frying pan and cook for about 2-4 minutes on each side. Transfer the omelet to a serving plate. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
