Description
Ingredients:
2 lbs. London broil or 2 lbs. lean beef (ground)
1 egg (divided)
1 cup vinegar
Salt, Garlic Allspice
Preparation:
Knead, shape and form ground beef. Combine all ingredients in a large baking pan. Form into
oblong shapes rounghly 2 inches around and 5-6 inches long. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Fry in margarine, then add water, tomato sauce, and vinegar (to taste), and cook for 2 hours on low heat.
Can also put in salty or sweet pistachios in it.
