Description
Ingredients:
1 lb. phyllo dough, thawed
Filling:
Equal parts grated mozzarella, muenster and cream cheese or ricotta cheese.
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 or 2 cups milk
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and pour them over the baklava dough, add sesame seeds and bake until golden brown at 350°F.
Note, the contributor has not made this before, but believes that once you pour the mixture over the dough, that you add another layer of dough over the layer before baking. She also recommends using pastry dough if you don't have baklava dough handy.
