PINEAPPLE SURPRISE (ANNA)
1 lb. box vanilla wafers (crumbs)

Cream mixture:
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
cream together & add 2 eggs & beat well.

Whip 1 small all purpose cream. Add medium size can crushed pineapple. Drain juice from pineapple before you add it to the cream.

1. Layer of crumbs on bottom
2. Creamed mixture
3. Crumbs
4. Whipped cream & pineapple
5. Crumbs
