Husband's Delight Loaf Cake
1/2 cup Spry
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup raisens
1 cup applesauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tblsp. hot water
Cream Spry, sugar, add egg, beat. Add raisens, applesauce. Sift dry ingredients. Add in portions before last portion. Add soda to hot water & add to mixture. Pour in loaf pan & bake in 350° oven, 1 hour. (Grease pan)
