Bishi (Zuccini Fritter)
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of baking soda
1 good size zuccini squash
Peel squash, mash after zuccini is steamed. Let cool. Drop tblsp. size into oil. Similar to corn fritter batter. Serve with jelly or sugar.
