PINEAPPLE-CARROT MOLD

1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 medium size can crushed pineapple
2 or 3 carrots (shredded)

First drain pineapple juice

Jello:
Use 1 hot cup of water & (3/4 cup) part cold water + part of pineapple juice (total 1 3/4 cups liquid)

Let sit for 3/4 hr. Fold in carrots and pineapple & let sit again.
