Description
3/4 lb. lamb (ground twice)
1/4 lb. beef
1 1/4 cup fine bulghur (soak in water)
add 1 egg
salt & pepper & mix like Khyma with water
Stuffing: cook & let cool
Fry 3/4 lb lamb
3 onions
1 green pepper
fresh parsley
salt, pepper, allspice
Roll kuftas in ball & drop in heated broth (chicken broth, water, salt & pepper, tomatoes)
