Cheese Borag
Description
1 box of hot roll mix. Mix pkt. of yeast with 3/4 cup of warm water. Let rise 1/2 hour. Divide dough into 2 balls (one larger than the other). Place larger dough on bottom of greased tray. Cut up 1 lb. meunster cheese, fresh parsley & 2 eggs. Put dabs of butter on the cheese spread also a few drops of milk. Place top dough on & spread with milk. Bake at 400° (15-20 min). Take out of oven & spread butter over top surface.Tray should have an inch lip 13" x 11"
