Description
2 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
½ lb American cheese
½ lb Cheddar cheese
1 TBSP Butter
¾ c finely chopped onion
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8oz fine egg noodles
1 tsp. salt
6 c. milk
⅛ tsp garlic power
Pepper to taste
Heat butter, sauté onions. Add water & bouillon cubes. Boil & gradually add noodles & salt. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes. Add broccoli & garlic. Cook 3 more minutes. Stir in milk, cheese & pepper. Stir constantly till cheese melts.
