Description
¼ c flour
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper
1 lb. meat (1 ½)
3 tbsp. melted fat
1 can Habitant soup (small)
1 ½ or 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup potatoes (cut in cubes)
1 pkg. frozen peas & carrots
Mix flour, salt & pepper – sprinkle over meat & pound meat. Brown in fat. Add onion soup and Worcestershire sauce & cover to simmer over low heat for 2 hrs. Mix once. Add potatoes last ½ hr of cooking. Thaw peas & carrots & add to meat. Use casserole – 1 ½ qt. ½-9” crust recipe – 425° – 20 minutes
