375° – 12 to 15 minutes
½ cup butter
⅓ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup cashews or any other nuts
2 (6 oz. pkgs) Butterscotch Morsels
1 cup raisins
Cream butter. Add brown sugar. Stir in flour. Mix until a dough forms. Stir in nuts. Crumble mixture onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375° – 12 to 15 min. until golden brown. Cool.
Melt morsels over hot water. Combine cookie-nut mixture (broken in small pieces) and raisins in a large bowl. Add melted morsels, stir to coat. Drop by round teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill until set about 15 mins.
