Choreg #1
Melt - 3 c. butter (or ½ butter, ½ Crisco)
3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 c. canned milk
10 or 12 eggs (whisked)
Combine with 2 yeast cakes and 1 c. water.
Mix together 5 lbs. of flour with 1 tbsp. salt
Editor's Note (Mix liquid ingredients and sugar together, and then with eggs. Then mix together with flour and salt. Then add combined yeast and water.)
Choreg #2 (3/4 of above recipe)
2 ½ c. butter (½ butter, ½ Crisco)

9 eggs
1 ½ c. milk
¾ c. water
¾ c. canned milk
1 yeast cake
3 ¾ lbs. of flour
1 tbsp salt
Choreg #3 (1/2 the #1 recipe)
1 ½ c. butter (or ½ butter, ½ Crisco)
1 ½ c. sugar

½ c. water
½ c. canned milk
½ tbsp. salt
1 yeast cake
7 or 8 c. of flour
