8 cups noodles (loose) or 1 ½ package (12 oz pkg) egg noodles – Bonnie Hubbard ½ slightly curled
1 lb jack cheese
1 pt. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cube butter
1 parsley
Boil noodles in salt water.
Butter pan & add bread crumbs.
Drain & toss with 1 cube butter – pan 9 x 12. (Most of noodles – butter.)
Mix cheeses & keep a little for top.
Add parsley.
Then add remaining cheese over top & pour eggs & milk mixture over top & sprinkle with bread crumbs.
