Description
5 lbs. flour
1-1/2 quart water (about)
3 yeast cakes
1 Tbsp. salt
Mix 1 yeast cake with flour.
Mix 2 yeast cakes in warm water. Add to
flour mixture.
Add water and knead dough about 5 min.
Let rise double or triple.
Divide into 8 pieces. Pull mounds round.
Let rise 5 more min.
Take 2 rounds and flatten in greased cookie sheet.
Slit down center, light oil.
