Description
3 cups flour
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. instant yeast
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup warm water (add a little more
if needed)
Mix everything until smooth.
Let dough rest 1 hour.
Cut dough into balls smaller than
tennis balls. Let rest 5 min.
Then flatten them, not too thin.
Let rest 10 min.
Preheat pan. After 10 min. start cooking.
Press dough in pan, flip frequently.
When they start to partially inflate, put
pressure on bubble so heat can inflate the
rest of the bread.
