Description
Butter bottom of 9x13” pan.
Butter every sheet of ½ of pkg filo.
In center, put mixture of 12 oz grated muenster cheese and a bunch of parsley (chopped fine) mixed together.
Put other ½ of dough, butter over that.
Cut into squares or diamonds.
Pour over the whole thing- ½ c. milk and 2 eggs beaten together.
Distribute evenly, getting into cracks.
Cook preheated oven 400° for 15 min.- then 300° for 30 min.
