I have been so impressed with yourt receipes I only wish that I had met Claire Malkasian during my early years of learning to cook Armenian. I am a decendant of one of the last survivors of the 1915 Genocide and am a proud Doctor of Higher Elducation to prove that the Armenian spirit supports our success.
