Walnut Confections

Description

Soak 1 cup walnuts in 1/4 cup crème de cacao overnight. Drain well.

Toss in a mixture of 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar and 1-1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee powder.

Dry on wax paper and serve in your candy dish.

Rose, I make 4 cups of walnuts at a time & just multiply the ingredients. This is a lovely hostess gift or a gift.
