Description
1 qt. chicken broth
Shredded chicken
1/2 cup rice
1 carrot cut in cubes
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. of sliced green onion
Cook onion, carrots, parsley in 1 Tbsp. olive oil & butter. Add chicken broth & rice. Cook for 20 mins.
