Description
1 head Napa cabbage - shredded
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (Do not use seasonings) Break apart.
1/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup salad oil
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1. Shred cabbage and place in large bowl. Set aside.
2. Sauté noodles in margarine until lightly brown. (They burn easily, so watch carefully!) Cool noodles completely.
3. Mix oil, sugar, vinegar & soy sauce in a glass jar.
Shake vigorously until sugar is dissolved.
4. When ready to serve toss together.
