Description
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 egg yolks, well beaten
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
4 Tbsp. bread flour
6 Tbsp. grapenuts
2 cups milk
Juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
Cream butter, sugar and add egg yolks, flour, grapenuts, milk, lemon juice and rind.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Place in dish of hot H2O.
Bake in 375° oven.
