1 c fine bulgar - 1-15oz
1 3/4 cups tomato sauce
1/4 lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
salt & pepper
1/4 c chopped red onion
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
2 T chopped red pepper
1/3 t cayenne pepper
Combine all of the above ingredients. Cover and place in refrig. for at least an hour before serving.
