Description
Chiffonade:
1/2 pound kale - tough stems removed
1 lb. brussel sprouts
1 small head radicchio
Combine and add:
1 c. parmesean
1 c. dried cranberries, chopped (I use less)
1 c. toasted slivered almonds
Dress with:
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
(I used a bit more)
This salad (even dressed) will keep well in the refrigerator for at least 3 days. Enjoy!
