Description
4 cups rice + 4 cups water
1 qt. yogurt
1 chopped onion
4 T butter
2 eggs
crushed mint, about 1 T
Cook rice in water with onion that has been sauté in butter. Beat up 2 eggs and add yogurt and add the hot liquid to the yogurt and egg mixture. Return to pan and serve.
