1 can garbanzo beans - (drained & cut in halves
1 can red kidney beans (drained
1 cup rice
1 cup brown lentils (cooked in water about 10 mins.
salt - pepper - hot pepper - paprika
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch celentro
1 bunch dill
2 med onions (chopped)
1 C. canola oil
Saute onions - add rice - beans, lentils & greens (chopped) Juice of 1 lemon. Wrap in grape leaves & cook slowly like yelanchi with oil and about 1 ½ - 2 cups water & juice of one lemon.
