Description
1 1/2 lbs lamb stew meat
1 onion chopped
1 small can whole tomatoes (crushed)
1 small can tomatoe sauce
3/4 cup cracked wheat (coarse)
3 pks of fresh spinach (blanched)
(salt & pepper)
Saute meat, add onions & saute.
Add blanched spinach, cracked wheat, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce & salt & pepper.
Add 4 cups water & cook for about 35 - 40 minutes on top of stove.
