Description
1 pk lemon Velvet Cake mix
1 pk lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
¾ cup salad oil
¾ cup water
Mix for ten minutes and make 325 degrees 30 minutes. While hot frost 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tablespoon oil, 1/3 cup orange juice. Mix together and poke with toothpick to soak frosting in cake.
Frosting # 2 - Vivene’s recipe
¼ cup salad oil
1 cup powder sugar
Juice of lemon
Mix well and put on the cake while hot.
